Terms and Conditions

1. Contractor agrees to provide acceptable services in a professional and timely manner over the course of the calendar year. 

2. Invoices for regularly scheduled services will be invoiced weekly following service. One-time services will be billed immediately upon completion, and payment terms will be clearly stated on each invoice or estimate. 

3. Jobs estimated at $200 or more will require a 50% down-payment. 

4. Accepted forms of payment include online payments or a credit card on file. 

5. Estimates are subject to change. 

6. Any existing agreement between Contractor and Client will remain in full force and shall automatically renew until cancelled by either party. Any cancellation by the Client will need to be done in writing and sent via email, or mail to Contractor. Any cancellation initiated by Contractor shall be done in writing and mailed to Client. 

7. Quoted prices shall remain in effect for the calendar year unless Client makes substantial changes to property which require more time, labor, or materials for Contractor to service. Client will be notified of any price changes. 

8. Contractor reserves the right to review pricing and make adjustments each calendar year. 

9. In order to protect our health, Contractor asks that the Client remove all pet waste from property prior to scheduled service date. If excessive units of waste, defined as 5 units or more, are in the yard when we arrive an additional fee will be added to the Client billing account. 

10. Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete a project in the time frame promised. However, the Contractor reserves the right to change the scheduled service date of your property due to holidays, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 

11. Additional and/or extra work should be requested via phone, email, or mail. The additional work will then be placed on our upcoming schedule. Contractor is not able to add additional unscheduled work to the existing work day. 

12. Client warrants the site is free of underground conditions including without limitation, pipes, cables, stumps, sprinklers, invisible fence, sewage drains, and waste materials, except as specifically disclosed to Contractor prior to the signing of the agreement. 

13. Contractor may interrupt or cancel the agreement at any time without notice on accounts that are past due.

14. Client acknowledges that storms which bring snow, rain, sleet or ice, coupled with changing temperature conditions, can create dangerous and hazardous conditions which can occur suddenly, frequently, and without warning, and that such conditions are difficult to prevent and/or correct. Client is aware of the risks associated with traversing across driveways, walkways, or parking lots affected by winter weather conditions. Client acknowledges that Contractor shall not be responsible, and hereby waives any claims against Contractor for personal injury of any kind resulting from natural accumulations or unnatural accumulations created by the actions of Client or other third parties. Client further acknowledges that Contractor is only required to use ordinary care in performing the services. 

15. The Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless Client from claims for injury, death and/or property damage due to the result of negligent acts and omission of the Contractor, its agents and employees which are out of the work being performed under the Scope of this Agreement.
